Delivery is available for all orders; please contact our office for delivery fees.
Special containers are provided for your China, Silver, Glassware, etc. to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and table ready
Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place at ground level.


Any other arrangements must be made in advance, with a special charge quoted if applicable.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather, this includes the containers the equipment is packed in. We do charge for missing or broken items.

For sanitation purposes, we would appreciate the dishes being either scraped or rinsed before they are returned. Please re-pack in the same containers as delivered. All items should be re-stacked, tables and chairs folded and ready for pick-up.  All items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

  • Our standard delivery fee is based on tailgate drop off.  If our delivery personnel are required to carry items up or down stairs or great distances, an extra charge will apply.  Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place at ground level.  Any other arrangements must be made in advance, with a special charge quoted if applicable.

  • Tables and chairs will be delivered and stacked.  They must be restacked and ready for pick-up.  Set up and take down services are available for an additional charge, but these arrangements must be made in advance of delivery and pick-up.

  • Additional charges will also be applied if the articles are to be carted up or down stairs and more than a minimal distance.

TENTS & CANOPIES

Frame Tents

We are able to set these tents up in almost any setting. MPR personnel construct the "framework" for the canopy on the ground; we then fit the canopy over the framework and then lift the entire structure onto the legs. This provides you with an open span from one end of the tent to the other with no obstructions.

 Sidewalls are available for most of our tents.

Lighting on dimmer switches can be installed at the time of installation on most of our tents to ensure that you are able to carry the festivities into the night.

You may want to consider a solid wall behind the head table for better pictures and decorating. The rest can be cathedral walls to let in light and allow your guests to have the true feeling of an outdoor party.

Pole Tents

These tents require flatter surfaces for installation but are quick and easy to install.

The canopy is laid out on the ground and stretched to square; the corner legs are installed and pulled tight; then the rest of the side legs are installed; finally the centre poles are installed. The size of tent will determine how many centre poles are required.

All About Renting

Common questions concerning rental procedures:

Q: When should I make my reservation?

A: Early planning ensures product availability. We require a deposit to confirm a reservation. The deposit is your assurance that the items requested are available on the day you request.

Q: What about changes in my order?

A: Additions to an order are welcome subject to availability. If an order is cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, the entire deposit will be refunded. The exception is tent rentals. If a tent is cancelled at any time, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Q: How and when do I pay?

A: Payment is due before items are released to a customer. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Cash. No personal cheques please.

Q: Is there a charge for delivery/pickup?

A: Delivery/pickup are available for a nominal fee based on location. Please call our office to arrange for delivery/pickup.

Q: Will my rental equipment be set up and taken down?

A: Set up and take down services are available for our tents only.  You are responsible for setting up and taking down any tables and chairs.
